The 1997 and later corvette has a new three terminal connector for the pass key theft deterrent system. J-35628-210 adapts J-35628-A VATS/PASS Interrogator to allow diagnosis of the system. The Interrogator performs four important functions: key code identification, PASS-key fault test, and steering column test. Connect J 35628-210 to Interrogator wiring harness. Connect other end of the adapter to PASS-key connector leading to the steering column. Perform diagnostic procedures as outlined in service manual and tool instructions.
