LOW VOC 1K PRIMER

High build, fast drying, acrylic primer with excellent adhesion to many surfaces. It is designed to fill surface scratched or similarly defective metal, stone chip damage, polyester bodyfiller, fiberglass and most factory finish or refinish paint systems (except air dried synthetics). UP2283 easily sands to a feathered finish and can be used as a primer under 1K acrylic, 2K acrylic and synthetic topcoats.
