Benefits:

  • Allows for the testing of cooling system pressures without removing the radiator cap.
  • Prevents the escape of coolant when testing the cooling system pressure.
  • Easy to use and install.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Remove the radiator cap from the vehicle.
  2. Insert the system testing adapter into the radiator filler neck.
  3. Connect the pressure gauge to the system testing adapter.
  4. Inflate the cooling system to the desired pressure.
  5. Observe the pressure gauge to ensure that the cooling system is holding pressure.
  6. Once the test is complete, release the pressure from the cooling system and remove the system testing adapter.

Cautions:

  • Do not exceed the maximum pressure rating of the cooling system.
  • Do not operate the engine while the cooling system is under pressure.
  • Always wear safety glasses when working on a vehicle.

Note:

This product is not a replacement for a radiator cap. It is only intended for use in testing the cooling system pressure.
