These counterbore tools are designed to economically provide a tool with unsurpassed accuracy that sets up fast to precisely finish cut engine counterbores. The precise tolerance on the self-centering cutter plate accurately centers this tool. The exclusive double depth set collar adjustment with .001" graduations allow quick and accurate measurements without feeler gauges and ensures that all counterbores are cut to exactly the same depth. This tool's low profile allows repairs while engine is still in frame to help save time and money. The unique design of this tool allows counterbore ledge depth checks using PT-5025 Dial Depth Gauge while the counterbore tool is still mounted.
