Simplicity All the controls necessary to operate a Jenny Steam Cleaner are located in plain view on the front panel of the unit. The 24 Volt Motor and Burner switches illuminate Red in the Off position and Green in the On position to easily alert the operator of the machine's status. Specially designed bolt-on kits allow the machine to be upgraded easily to meet any cleaning needs.
Quality The year 1927 marked both the invention of steam cleaning by Jenny and the beginning of our tradition of producing only the highest quality American made cleaning equipment. Manufactured in our state of the art facility, we use only the highest quality components available employing only the best manufacturing methods and techniques to ensure that Jenny Steam Cleaners are of the highest quality available on the market.
Reliability Using only the finest available components ensures that the unit will give years of trouble free use. The drive motor is an industrial grade electric motor and the pump is a belt driven triplex ceramic plunger pump. Like all Jenny oil fired units, these units feature our specially designed Twin Fire Modular Gun Burner system. A twin electrode ignition burner is energized by an 18,000 Volt solid state, constant duty ignition transformer. Belt driven off of the main drive motor, air and fuel systems feature a 6" diameter by 4" wide blower wheel and a 200 PSI 3.0 GPM fuel pump.
Serviceability Easy access to all the major systems and components was designed into the machine to make servicing simple. The burner assembly is simply removed with three wing nuts, two ignition plug wires, and one tube fitting. The air and fuel components are situated underneath the pump frame. The pump is serviceable by removing two carriage bolts and three hoses. The water control system is centrally located within the steel chassis in a manifold assembly. Removing the front panel located behind the switches exposes a large electrical junction box containing all the major electrical components and a specially designed terminal board where all the electrical connections are made. As with all Jenny machines, parts and accessories are readily available.
