The Titan Offset Fixed Jaw Ratcheting Terminal Crimper is a heavy-duty tool designed for crimping a variety of wire connectors. It features long handles for increased leverage, an angled head for easier viewing of the crimp area, and a ratcheting mechanism with adjustable clamping force for precise, repeatable crimps. The compound action design puts more crimping power into each squeeze, and the double crimping die creates a secure crimp that resists pull-out. The ratcheting function allows you to secure a wire connector in the die before inserting the stripped wire into the barrel, and the quick release lever opens the crimper jaws in any position. The crimper is ideal for nylon insulated solderless terminals and features color-coded wire size markings for red (22-18 AWG-DIN 0.5-1.0 mm), blue (16-14 AWG-DIN 1.5-2.5 mm) and yellow (12-10 AWG-DIN 4-6 mm) terminals. The ergonomic bi-material handles provide a comfortable, secure grip. This crimper is not recommended for use with heat-shrink connectors.
