2-3/8" x 8" Brake Cylinder Flex-Hone - 180 Grit

Key Features:

• Silicon carbide abrasive type.

How to Use:

1. Inspect the brake cylinder bore for any damage.
2. Apply a light coat of honing oil to the brake cylinder bore.
3. Insert the Flex-Hone(R) into the brake cylinder bore and turn it clockwise until it is fully seated.
4. Hone the brake cylinder bore for 10-15 strokes.
5. Remove the Flex-Hone(R) from the brake cylinder bore and wipe it clean.
6. Inspect the brake cylinder bore for any damage.
7. Apply a light coat of brake fluid to the brake cylinder bore.

Warnings:

• Do not use the Flex-Hone(R) on a brake cylinder that is damaged.
• Do not use the Flex-Hone(R) on a brake cylinder that is leaking.
• Do not use the Flex-Hone(R) on a brake cylinder that is hot.
• Do not use the Flex-Hone(R) on a brake cylinder that is under pressure.
