Features:

• A resilient, flexible honing tool with a soft cutting action.
• The abrasive globules each have independent suspension that assures the Flex-Honer to be self-centering, self-aligning to the bore, and self-compensating for wear.

Applications:

• Used for honing brake cylinders on cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

How to Use:

1. Clean the brake cylinder bore with a brake cleaner.
2. Apply a light coat of honing oil to the Flex-Hone.
3. Insert the Flex-Hone into the brake cylinder bore and rotate it back and forth until the desired finish is achieved.
4. Remove the Flex-Hone from the brake cylinder bore and clean it with a brake cleaner.

Cautions:

• Do not use the Flex-Hone on a brake cylinder that is leaking.
• Do not use the Flex-Hone on a brake cylinder that is damaged.
• Do not use the Flex-Hone on a brake cylinder that is hot.
