Features and Benefits
- Remove and replace Duramax fuel rail pressure sensor without removing EGR cooler and heat shields
- Low profile socket head for improved access in tight spaces
- Long handle with pivot joint for greater accessibility
- Reduce remove/replace times by up to 1 hour
- 2006 to 2010 Duramax LBZ and LMM diesel engines
Removing and replacing the Duramax fuel rail pressure sensor switch on 2006 - 2010 LBZ & LMM diesel engines is difficult using standard wrenches and sockets. The sensor is mounted on the right fuel rail under the EGR Cooler. Using conventional wrenches and sockets, a tech needs to remove the EGR cooler and heat shield(s) to gain access to the sensor. Schley's specially designed wrench allows access without removing the EGR cooler and heat shields. R&R service times can be reduced by up to 1 hour using this wrench.
