PROVENAIR II CYLINDER 
Series 18, 19, 20, 21
2” bore cylinders with single standard rod end only and nitrile seals.
Genuine factory replacement parts should be used to insure satisfactory operation of this product.

When repairing cylinder, remove old “O” rings and seals. Do not damage retaining grooves or sealing surfaces with sharp
tools. Throughly clean all parts and apply a thin film of “O” ring grease to all new seals. Carefully install new bearings and
new seals - DO NOT overstress (stretch), chip or otherwise damage new seals. Install parts with new seals by a twisting or
turning motion to prevent chipping or cutting of seals. Tighten tie rod nuts to 9 ft-lbs(12.2 Nm) torque when reassembling
cylinder. Tighten piston rod bearing to 30 ft-lbs(40.7 Nm) torque.

Y325-26 (1) “O” Ring Rod Bearing Seal, 1-1/4” I.D. x 1/16” C.S.
Y325-33 (2) “O” Ring Barrel End Seal, 2” I.D. x 1/16” C.S.
Y330-109 (1) “O” Ring Cushion Seal, Rear, 5/16” I.D. x 3/32” C.S.
