How to Use

1. Prepare the surface by removing all dirt, grease, and loose paint.
2. Apply Tie-Coat Primer with a brush or roller.
3. Allow the primer to dry for 24 hours.
4. Apply two coats of POR-15.
5. Allow the POR-15 to dry for 72 hours.

Warnings

• Tie-Coat Primer is flammable. Keep away from heat and open flames.
• Wear gloves and eye protection when using Tie-Coat Primer.
• Tie-Coat Primer may cause skin irritation. If skin contact occurs, wash the area with soap and water.

Storage

Store Tie-Coat Primer in a cool, dry place. For best results, use within 12 months of opening.
