Designed for the easy adjustment of spur (timing) belts having idler pulleys with pin holes.

This spanner wrench with its protruding pins, grips the center of the idler pulley and rotates it around its off-center retaining bolt.

Made from heat treated alloy steel this unique tool comes with a black finish and a soft grip handle.
